These were the choices we had for dinner that evening in Batammbang. To be honest, there is not a lot there and the only reason we stayed was to catch a movie on the tv.
I tried really hard to catch the stall holder at the right time, facing the camera, but she was having none of it. I had asked if I could take the picture, it's just that she was quite shy.

An explosion of color! Other than the snakes in the foreground, I'm wondering what all the other food is. I had a similar challenge in shooting a reluctant subject in a Bahama straw market (see my gallery for the one shot I did get off). Nice job.
