Photographer's Note

After Reed Flute I and Reed Flute II this is my third photo of the Reed Flute Cave, and also the last one for now.This cave is called Reed Flute Cave because of the reed that could be found near this place, which was used to make flutes. Today, this cave is a real tourist attraction in the area. Inside, it's possible to identify lots of formations, which are iluminated by colourful lights, as we can see here.
Also for this one I haven't used tripod, I had to look around to find something to use as a support.

Hello Ana,
I looked at your other two photos of this cave, and I like this one the best. For me, having just two colors is very dynamic, and the blue and brown compliment each other very well. The patterns of the formations are really nice, and you managed to get a really sharp photo even without a tripod.

Olá Ana,
Estou com Brenda, gosto mais desta - que azul divino! A nitidez é espantosa para um lugar de condições de iluminação difíceis e sem tripé. Foste muito hábil, pois duvido que haja uma superfície completamente horizontal neste lugar, para apoiar a máquina. Mesmo assim, conseguiste um POV excelente e uma composição primorosa.
A sensação de profundidade é impressionante e surpreendente!

I looked at the other pictures of the cave as well and I found this the best. This is the simplest composition and has the least colours.
The image is sharp despite you did not use a tripod.
Very mysterious place, I like it!

Olá Anabela, no 1º plano parece que estou a ver alguma criatura de língua de fora. Estes sítios escuros fazem disparar a imaginação, especialmente se não vemos mais ninguém. Lembro-me de sentir a adrenalina em algumas que visitei no Laos, pois eram compridas e estávamos completamente sózinhos. Claro que aqui não deve ser o caso. A luz colorida embeleza bem as formações e safáste-te muito bem sem o tripé pois a imagem tem excelente definição para 3s de exposição.

The beautiful shades are major elements in this wonderful composition to natural. These colors are presented with force at the scene.

Within this cave, perhaps there would not last long, I would claustrofia wrong.

Superb capture of the interior light which lights up the natural wonders of stalactites & stalagmites. The colour contrast between the natural brown & the blue is excellently composed in the frame. Quite magical...fine work!
