The Tower is 338m high, the observation deck is 223m high. You may sky jump from there at a very reasonable price :)
The construction began in 1998 and it was opened in Dec 2001.

very nice shot - i love the reflection, clear at first and the n getting more distorted when it gets to the top of the tower. And the colors, just great,
