Photographer's Note

"Tongli, alternately Tong-Li (Chinese: 同里; Pinyin: Tónglǐ) is a town in Wujiang county, on the outskirts of Suzhou. It is known for a system of canals, it has been given the nickname "Venice of the East".[1][2]
Tongli is half an hour away from Suzhou city. The place retains many of the features of an ancient Chinese town."

Taken from a bridge, using a time exposure at around 9:30 pm. It just occurred to me that the bridge this was taken from was illuminated with blue light. To the naked eye, the only light that could be seen was the pink house in the bg. The rest was pitch dark. So the camera has recorded the accumulative blue light over 3 seconds.
