Big Buddha II, a photo from Hong Kong, Sud

At the bottom of the Big Buddha, a big ang huge incense pot about 7-8 ft high.
You have to climb more than 260 steps to get to the top. This grand Buddha was built in China over a period of 10 yrs and transport to HK by pieces!

It's not the first time I see this big incense pot but I've never seen there was the flower of the HK flagon it ! Good idea to have focused on it.

This composition reminds me my big Buddha from Thailand. Excellent composition I like the centered position of the three yellow things (?), while the main giant subject is at the corner. good job.

I like the sharp details on the huge incense pot and the colours from the flags. The dragons and the Chinese characters on the three poles are beautiful. Nice angle with the Buddha in the top corner. Well done.

Nice one, Danny. I thoroughly enjoy your point of view and composition here, with the pot and the three colorful poles taking up most of the frame, and with the Buddha statue peacefully watching from above. Pretty colors. And I enjoy the fact that this one woman is just coming down the stairs on the left - a fun detail. Well done.

Here, despite of the overexposition of the sky, I like very much the composition. That huge incense pot with the stairs that lead us to the Budha is very well done. Nice job!
