Photographer's Note

Beijing Railway Station. From here you can take a train to just about any part of China. The trains are in general reasonably fast and efficient... having lived in the UK before, I can tell you I would rather take a Chinese train than a British one! There are many classes of trains, from hard seat (not recommended for long trips) to soft sleeper. There is a new 'Z' class of train which offers fast, non-stop sleeper services to Shanghai and other cities. The station is always crowded, a lot of people pass through it.

Tech: Crop, increase contrast and reduce saturation so only the brightly coloured objects are coloured.

Please look at the workshop for a version with normal saturation. I'm not sure which is better - comments welcome!
