Hi Akhilesh,
I like the composition but I feel the photo to be over exposed and could have been much better.

Hi Akhilesh,

I agree with Anupam about the exposure. The composition and turning into B/W is just perfect. The brightness & contrast can also be reduced a bit with PS but when its too exposed, the brightness doesn't go so easily, so you must reduce the light on the spot. Bit of lower exposure doesn't matter as this can be managed in PS. Anyway I have tried to manage the image as best as I could using Photoshop. Do visit my workshop. I hope you would like the result
