Photographer's Note
the India Gate Memorial was designed and built by the famous english architect, Edwin Lutyens. This was to comemorate the soldiers who lost their lives in WW I and the afghan wars.
The vista leading up to it is the Raj Path...it connects the Rashtrapati Bhavan and India Gate.

You've been adding such freshness to the wary old sights of the city Pushpinder and that too with such elan and sharpness that your images already seem special. owever, the image of the guy selling flags at ndia gate was eeerily close to what I have captured around the same time except in mine the face of the vendor is not visible!

Hello Pushpinder,
You have chosen the best time for a picture, now we get an unobstructed view leading us along the Raj Path towards the Memorial.
An excellent composition here with nice soft colours.
