Photographer's Note

This shot was taken from the flight while I was flying from Delhi to Srinagar. It was the first time I was seeing snow i all my life and boy! I couldn't have asked for a better glimpse of nature in all its mighty glory and the treasure that was in store.

This is beautiful. I have also seen few times the Himalaya from flight. Each time it was awesome. Recently taken one photo like this during my Ladakh trip. Will pst the image soon in TE.

i'm amazed at the quality of the detail and structure in the clouds you have managed to achieve here while shooting through the plane illuminator. mighty indeed. just, in this case, visually it's not himalayas: it's the clouds that steal the day :)
