Photographer's Note

Last one before the Kuari Pass at 4300m of altitude, the highest point of the Curzon Trail. I don't know if I'm getting repetitive, but since I'm having good feed-backs from you and I really love these mountain sceneries...
We are in Garhwal Himalayas, at the Nanda Devi National Park, one of the highest parks in the world and where some of the most fascinating peaks abound. Angshu asked me in the last post about the name of the most known peaks. I can't point them, but I think that the one at right background could be one of the highest of this region, above 7000m (there are at least 2, and about half a dozen bettween 6300 and 7000m).

I used the zoom to give more impact to the peaks that seem closer to the trekers. In ws, there's an alternative without the zoom.

UPDATE thanks to Sabyasachi:

The snow peaks one can see from Kuari Pass include Nanda Devi (7,816 mtrs.), Dunagiri (7,066 mtrs) Bethartoli (6,352 mtrs), Maiktoli (6303 Mts), Mrigthuni (6565mts), Devasthan among others.
