This was taken enroute to uttaranchal from delhi...
He is a highway-mobile shopkeeper selling puffed rice with masala on it...called "Bhel Puri". It was a cold and foggy night.The smoke the colors and the fellow working hard at that time to make a meagre income striked me immediately...

Very effective and powerful shot with the touch of selective division into light and darkness. I have always admired the feeling that black color adds to photos, thus i hope you don't mind if i add this marvellous photo in my theme "Power of Black". Cheers,

I like the smoke, but I would have avoided the lamp on the left and focused more on the man (NB : this is the comment of an "amateur"); nonetheless, I like this shot, I think it's a nice portrait...

This is a mystical shot. To eke out a living in this manner is rather poignant, and you captured the atmosphere of his difficult life well. The composition and colors are excellent.

Excellent human study. Strong composition and well presented mood of man who have to struggled hard for his daily bread. Really like this photo.
Small suggestion : crop out lamp on left edge. Without it mood of this photo will be much stronger and whole attention will be put on a man.

Hi Venkat,
Beautiful portrait at night. It's sharp enough without noise.
Compositionis good but lightning a little bit too dark. Anyway, the result is very interesting.
