Photographer's Note

A shot from my early morning stroll in a quiet corner of Jaisalmer old town, a heaven for architectural photography, and such a wonderful place to explore. The elaborate old homes carved in yellow sandstone is a
wonderful testament to the stone masons craftsmanship.
The only regret is the pvc pipe...

It's a real treat for the eyes of the beholder...

Excellent use of the dark arches in the foreground to frame the building on the other side of the street. Its warm colour and many details look good in the soft light. The two people in green are a good inclusion as well.

Magnificent composition, framing in the beautiful arch, the corner of the house opposite in a narrow street, the lady in her green sari perhaps taking the child to school, with her also green backpack, it is a nice detail captured in the street.
Sharpness, lighting, color, and magnificent composition; they are managed to perfection, in this beautiful image.

Hello Abmdsudi, it is the mother and child that really complete this picture for me, imagine walking past these ancient buildings every day?
An excellent composition where you have used the foreground arch to good effect.
A pity about the pvc pipe, it is just one of those things.

Your angle is great showing this small street corner with arches giving natural framing and more arches on the other side of the street. Mother and child on the left are well placed.
