Photographer's Note
I was sitting in my balcony and saw this person walking down the streets along with the decorated bull. It is a usual site across india to see these people around a festival of farmers called as Pola. Pola traditionally is celebrated by Farmers when they decorate their bulls ( as farmers used to depend on bulls for their living and hence were precious to them ).
However, Pola was no where near ! I enquired and came to know that in Southern India, these people were called as Haridas. In olden days, these people used to sing devotional songs and also used to be entertainment for children : In return would take whatever money people would give them !

Dear Aji,
Something striking in this photograph, did you notice it too? not only the devotee but his bull is looking stringht into your lens. The bull seems relaxed as its usual for the bull to be stooped and again asked to move, but haridass seems to be slightly arrogant as compared to his bull.
capturing different emotions in a single frame is not an easy task, but this frame tells a lot.......speaks volumes.
On the technical side the shot is slightly more dark, perhaps the contrast has been increased more, to suit the taste of your eyes, which appear different to me.
Take care.

One for NG here! Great job in capturing a mutual moment of unenthusiastic behavior between man and cow. Best, TW

Hello Ajinkya,
I like the nonchalance of this man and this cow rigged out of decorations like a Christmas tree. Good portrait on this couple with a pleasant management of the colors and surrounding light. A beautiful photograph and thank you for the instructive note.
With all my friendships and with soon,

dear Ajinkya,
a wonderful shot of beautiful couple of man and cow,
uniquely decorated cow is very gorgeous and cheerful, and the expression of playing man looks mysterious,
this combination and contrast are very impressive to my eyes,
thank you for your excellent shot,
Akihisa
