Hello my friends,

I visited many times at Chitrakoot in the state of Mandhya Pradesh, actually it is situated at the border of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh on the bank of river Mandakini.

Ramghat that line the banks of the river Mandakini reveal a constantly moving and changing kaleidoscope of religious activity. The rippling blue green waters of the Mandakini can be traversed by boats.

The captioned picture is such type of a boat which was sailing by a boy in front of Ramghat when I captured it. The boat was decorated by colorful flowers and carpet.

Hello Swapan,
A very pretty composition featuring this nicely decorated boat. The light is well managed in rather difficult circumstances. Very good colours and clarity.

This really seems like a festive boat. Was this picture taken on a particular occasion?
A fantastic colourful framing of the view of the ghats and the attractive architecture straight for us.
The boy looks so very young for this kind of job.

Quelle belle photo. une des plus originales de la journée. Le point de vue est parfait avec ce jeune rameur bien placé dans l'image qui nous permet de voir la rive au loin. Les couleurs sont superbes.

Well used the interior decoration of the boat, lavish red and yellow with touchs of blue and green.

What an excellent way to frame the scene beyond, filled with color this is a very fine photo. The little boy adds a nice touch to the photo too. Really nicely done to balance the ght between the boat interior and the city beyond. Great idea that has worked really well.

Chitrakoot looks like a miniature version of Varanasi, at least from what I can see here. I appreciate that you decided on this composition, focusing on the beautifully decorated boat and the little boy and just giving us a hint of the ghats in the background. It's a very attractive photo with excellent colours and light.

Hello Swapan,

The young boy looks to be surrounded by a rainbow as he manoeuvers the boat across the river. Your viewpoint certainly makes a wonderful show of the colourful decorations; I have never seen anything like this before; it is beautiful.
Beyond the boat there is a chance to see the context of the boat but it in no way compares with the f/g.

A very colourful daily life scene on the river, enriched by the garlands of marigolds. Good sharpness and I like the through view to the horizon nicely framed by the arching roof of the highly decorated boat. Good balanced symmetrical composition with nice diminishing linear perspective. Tfs!

this image is attractive and atmospheric, it has a fairytale-like feel to it. Wow, this is a great one that I missed, dear Swapan. Excellent, most colourful pov. The blue frame is another strong colour and I normally wouldn't pick that colour for a frame, but here it is OK.
