Photographer's Note
These Chinese fishing nets from Kerala are a bit of a photo cliche but I think they're beautiful and I don't see that many shots on TE. As everyone probably knows, these are said to have been brought to the region by Chinese traders in the 14th century. This was taken from a boat.

Splendid composition, beautiful colors and perfect exposure. The fishing nets seem to form a defensive system against the invaders coming from the water.

Your composition of fishing nets in row with a sunset is both romantic and sci-fi.

Beaucoup de grâce et de légèreté sont donnés par ces filets. Le soleil couchant donne, lui, un fond des plus colorés. C'est un très beau cliché.

Hi K L
A good catch indeed. Those nets and the sun and soft sky behind it and the compo are very good. Well captured, greetings Albrecht

Indeed a good catch this sunset. Who else can know better than you that these are Chinese fishing nets :).
An incredible good worked out scan, colors are just perfect even the slight induced color of the scan-lamp works here perfect. No grains sharp to the edge.
Simply a perfect photo all the way in colors and compo with the nets on the side and the sun low shining through them.
Congratulations K L or what's your first name ?
Greetings Henk
You are doing well !

hi Che
a beautiful composition... with lovely colours n good framing... just wondering that if you had you captured it from a bit left then the sun would have been out of the nets...

Hello moxon. A fantastic photo, the composition and the illumination are impresionant. The colors are incredible and the hour of the day is one of the best ones. Only that spoils a little the final quality of the photo is the electronic noise, to my has often happened. But months ago I discovered the program Neat Image and is enough util, to clear the noise produced by the electronic sensor or scanner. In any case the photo is brilliant, deserves more than two points.
Yeray.
P.S: I posted your photo with a Neat Image treatment, I hope you like it.

Hi!
I love the sunset! Everything seems really peaceful! Its amazing that you actually took it from a boat... since I'd find this quite hard... =D
