Photographer's Note
Continuing the Curzon trail treking. The most dificult part is over, although we are now above the 4000m and it's a bit hard to breathe at this altitude. From now on, it's a straight way with an easy soft ascent, until we get to the Kuari Pass at 4300m. The scenery is more dry and with amazing views all around of the snowcapped highest peaks of the Himalayas.
WS1 - A picture of the 4000m reach point.
WS2 - An alternative image with me posing in front of the snowcapped peaks(obviously I couldn't make it the main picture).

Josep

Olá Ricardo. A fine trekking picture that manages to do two things at once - to convey the unique scenic appeal of the Himalaya region, but also to have a storytelling element about the trek by including the person in the scene. The photo is well-contrasted and the very deep DOF is essential to get the full value out of this landscape. Thanks for adding the two workshop photos as well.

Hallo Ricardo!
You show us a really breathtaking view from an otstanding viewpoint! Including so much of the foreground works very well here because of the hereby created depth. Great!

Hola Ricardo.
Nice picture and also nice the WS (fun the second one).
But even if you couldn't post that second WS as main photo, I think that as photo is better than this one.
Anyway, nice this trip for you and for us.

Hej Ricardo,
Great view of this mountain landscape. I like the contrast between the more hazy peaks in the far and the clearer view in front. The composition is good too with the placement of the person at the left hand side. Good work, thanks for sharing!

Hi Ricardo
I wish I could have told you the names of all of these peaks ...but I would like to skip it as I am not sure.
My fav photo among your WSs would be the one in which you pose in front of these peaks.
Thanks for sharing again my fellow photographer and trekker ... cheers ... sarju

Isto é maravilhoso, andar no top do mundo.

Ola Ricardo,
Another beautiful one that has similar appeal as the previous one I commented in terms of composition, what is different in this one is that we get a clear sense it was shot at a higher altitude because there are no trees left here.
Have a nice day,

All 3 images are wonderful and really show up the enormity of the Himalayan landscape, probably the one with you posing more so. As you say you couldn't use that as your main post (unless you took it yourself on a tripod with the timer)and this is the next best. It looks like a wonderful adventure you had.

Fica bem.

An excellent compo. with this one...the jagged path on the left with your wilful assistant, the huge depth, the fantastic contrasts with the jagged snow capped peaks in the far distance...what more can we ask?..I am progressing on the trekking path with you, albeit in the virtual mode. This is the Nanda Devi range…and Trishul and Nanda Ghunti are some well known peaks…are they in the frame?
PS : I quite liked your posed shot in the WS :-)

Hi Ricardo,
The POV is very well chosen, with the slab like rocks in the foreground left contrasting with the brown ridge angling in on the right, followed by several layers of peaks. The hiker is well positioned in the frame and all is seen with great clarity. The WS shots are also interesting and well captured. Great work, Ricardo. This is a stimulating trek, and was obviously invigorating.

Of course this is not a Bibi's place, to low of course, but it is a nice place. I like this trek in your trip, very typical for the guide, and with a great view to the peaks.
You show both ation and landscape here, this gives a good idea of the conditions for a trek. Nice weather too and quite dry area.
I like it

Hello Ricardo,
The richness of colours is impressive, and probably partly due to the clear air in this altitude!
Image is well composed, and offers a magnificient view to the mountain range in the back...
Good foreground and the human interest well taken care of!
