A classic shot Animesh, perhaps the best of the series so far, alongside the cab in the rain shot. Beutifully composed - it has a kind of epic sweep to it. The icing on the cake -reflection of that woman on the right in the paddy water.
Brilliant photography - India brings out the best in you, man and that is very good indeed...

yepp, Francis is right. India, especially rural Bengal brings out the best in you. And if it rains, then you are simply unstopable. I would have preferred the woman facing you positioned little more to the bottom right corner. It's a poetic image nevertheless. I like the U shape formed by the upright man and the woman on the two ends, both facing you, and the two women and the cow stooped towards the ground.

This is the part of India that I missed, as a tourist. This is beautiful, almost a still from a Satyajit Ray movie.

It's a really fine composition, Animesh. The three on the right form an arrowhead that points directly toward the other subject, the man and cow. The eye is carried across the image, past the rhythmic rows of rice. (See? Your image even has alliteration.) Nice rich tones in the people, which makes them stand out against the mid-gray landscape.
