This Debi Durga Idol belongs to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s family. This is around 275 years old Durga Puja. This idol is being prepared in the Thakur Dalan itself. Every year at this time Netaji with his parents and brothers used to come here. The lady beside the idol is wife of Sri Debi Das Chaudhuri. Now this Debi Das Chaudhuri and his family are looking after the Netaji’s ancestral house situated at Kodaliya near Subhash Gram station.
