A Gonokami shrine is the place which I often visit.
That is a small shrine at the Hamura station front.
Some small stone images "Jizo" of simple sculpture are located in a line.

Not sure why, but I like this. I don't know exactly what I am looking at, maybe that is part of the attraction for me. The odd cropping, and the fly on the statues head make me wonder about what I am seeing, and maybe that is a good thing. Technically, this is probably not strong, but it is compelling somehow. I do wish it was not quite so dark.

I like this picture very much. The insect on the statue. Very haiku. Oh, and I would love to see a full line of those little statue. Do you have another photo ?
