Hi Prem.
Forgetting about the Noise for time being, (Since My Screen is weird) I am more concern about Tones & colors.
Really very HARD/Harsh or powerful yellow/Red tone & really unable to sceeen for long time.
This tones really add dynamism but your subject should be equally powerful & this tone should be restricted to certain areas as Francis plays with that sucessfully.

Good effeorts.
Keep it up.

colors are dead while your subject ask for some color radiation for the fun of nightlife, you got the pleasant subject, I try to add color fun à là ...:)) in the WS, I enoyed this only possible with your pleasnt scene, therefore my appreciation.
I hope you enjoy my WS too :))

Lovely shot. I love their expressions! Its a nice happy photo. A perfect 'snapshot', I think.

The colours go well together, and there is a nice atmosphere made by the image quality.
