Photographer's Note

Tamga is a little place in the South of the Yssyk Kul Lake in Kyrgyzstan. I spend there one night and in the late afternoon there was enough time to stroll a little with my camera. There are no tourists in this little village, only local people.
I was making pictures of the old houses there, when, in the left spot of my eye, I saw these girls on the other side of the street. Already in the best posture for the picture before I saw them :-)))

they are so cute standup on the stock!I love their expression,a little bit shy but smiling,and their clothes give nice colours to the photo!They are superbly placed in the frame,and the part of the house makes a nice background!Superb!

Hoi Reggy,

Dat handje zo strak langs haar zij, dat heb ik altijd zo bijzonder gevonden van deze foto. Zo geposeerd, maar ook zo sontaan, de lach, de kleding (zie toch hoe fraai die rode sokjes zijn) en het huis wat hier bij ons zou worden gesloopt vanwege instortingsgevaar.
Prachtige foto, maar dat wist je al ;-)

Wat zijn dit aardige meisjes, ik hou vooral van hun sokjes met sandalen :o) Liewe en nieuwsgierige uitdrukkings op hun gezichtjes en mooi zoals ze op de afgesaagde boom stam staan. Leuk!

Hello Reggy.
A delightful photo. The girls are posing for your camera but they still look so natural and unaffected in front of the modest house. Their clothes add the flashes of colour missing from the poorly curtained windows. I like the details, nice and sharp, and the area of bright sunlight on the grass.

Great picture! I love the way they stand on this big cut tree with such inocent expression. They seem curious and flatered by your interest in them. The house on the bg is a nice setting for this portrait. Really lovelly double portrait.
