Photographer's Note
This cute and artistic metal work was designed and installed by Penang government in conjunction for Georgetown's installation as UNESCO World Heritage site.
It was located along of the the heritage street called Malay street. The sentence on the art work reads, "Not only hapless (helpless) cows bred and slaugtered here but you could also smell the fish hung out to dry". This was probably during the old days, this area is where the cows are bred and slaughtered.

Hi Eugene,
This is a cute, humoristic art work ! Sad for the fish and the cows though, who according to the artist, tried to escape the slaughter ! And the cat wasn't allowed to feast on the fish !
Good management of sharpness and bichrome !
Best regards.
