Football is an obsession amongst many Burmese, in monasteries you will often see a football being kicked around. Late on a Saturday afternoon the novices are allowed a kickabout at Shwe Lin Lun monastery in Kalaw.

Boys will be boys all over the world :-)
A nice shot with good dynamic. Captured in exactly the right moment as the boy hits the ball. The fact that we can see some movement in the ball just add to the general allure of this picture.

Hi Neil,

I do agree with my friend Daniel that boys will be boys.The young monk seems to be all worked to enjoy his kicks with the football.Nice sharp image and good lights.Well done.
