Photographer's Note
Swaddee Krub everybody,
Second time in Nepal and second time for me at Swayambhunath(Devnagari: स्वयम्भूनाथ स्तुप),One of the most sacred place in nepal.I walked up the hill in the morning that sun light start shining. There're a lot of place to take a good shot in this moment.I took this shot when my guide explain about the colunm that had a statue of king Pratap Malla(not sure I just found from my note book)who maintenace and build many building in this sacre area.
For this photo,I scanned for 35mm negative film.I cropped a little bit to adjust a composition.I must repair dot and scratch by clone stamp tool and used curve to adjust contrast.Next I adjusted color balance to push clear color. To completed,I use smart sharpen, framing and resizing.:-)
For useful information of Swayambhunath that include the meaning of symbolism in this place that inspire for naming the title. Please follow this link: Swayambhunath

Nice point of view from the bottom. The blue sky gives a perfect contrast colour to the stupa and the flaps. At my point of view is a nice view, it can be a metaphore too: the stupa with the sky can means how heaven is near the earth, or how the prayers goes to the sky.
Good job,
Javier

Hi Patshoo,
Interesting composition by having placed the rainbow provided by these little colourful flags on the right-hand side. A bit on the dark side; I'd have loved to see more details on the shadows.

Maria

Very nice spiral composition full of colors :)
The sky seems odd, as if it's yellow, but the white balance seems good.
