Photographer's Note

The Philippines is widely known as an agricultural country. Most people make a living thru farming. But unlike in other countries where the farmers till their own fields and have big machineries to do it, it's a different situation here. Farmers don't own the fields, and only a few can afford to use machineries. Even the farmer's children have to learn to work a very young age, in order to assist their parents.

Photo taken a few years back in Isabela, the Philippine's no. 1 rice-producing province.
