Baguio City celebrates its 100th year anniversary since its creation in 1909. This Monument gives tribute to the "builders" - the American colonizers, Japanese, chinese, Indian laborers together with native Filipino lowlanders and highlanders. What strucks me is that the Filipino highlander or popularly known as "Igorots" works alone to pry one big boulder, while the rest join hands to pry another boulder...
