Housing on a cliff in Banaue, Ifugao, Philippines.
This was taken up in the Cordillera mountains of the Philippines where the temperature is quite cool and tribal people (the Igorots) have lived for centuries. The area is famous for the rice terraces, a 3,000 year-old technology that have been designated as a UNESCO Heritage site.

Hi Ken,
I congratulate the builder of this apartment block .... not in the aesthetic side but the way they built the foundation to support the whole structure. Also. every space is well utilize ... bilib talaga ako sa pinoy! TFS

hindi katakata kung bakit ganito ang pagkagawa ng mga bahay na ito..kuha ang ideya sa arkitekto ng rice terraces!
i have seen this last time i was there but never thought it would make a beautiful foto subject. thanks for bringing back memories of amazing banaue. colorful compo with all the hanged laundry from storey one to the top a cluttered beauty!
