Photographer's Note

The Place
This is the famous island of Boracay, the equivalent of Bali or Phuket for Philippines, but at much smaller scale. This is Punta Ina beach, on the north tip of the island, opposite to White Beach (the one you usually see in pictures). Few meters from this beach you can find the Bat, Crystal, and Buslugan caves.

My girlfriend (now my wife) and I went to spend the change of millennium (December 31st 2000) to Boracay.
Although you will see mainly photos from White Beach, Boracay has more than one beach, and some of them as nice as White Beach.
We rented bicycles and went off to explore this island. At this small beach, Punta Ina, we found this wreck. I thought it was a good subject for a photo.
