ВСЕГДА = ALWAYS in Russian [fsigDA], quite symbolic to find a nest and an inscription like that near each other, isn’t it?
I took this shot in August 2011 at the railway station for cargo near Victory Park in Moscow. And this shot was taken from the Park itself on the same day (2011-08-23_18-39-46) but shows quite a different scene.
