Photographer's Note

Hi all in TE community! I need your help. Probably many people like my photos which were made in day light.. I have not used to make photos at nights... but I want so much... I am worry that something I am making wrong and can't take good picture... Listen.. I bought tripod recently and this night was perfect weather and they told on radio that a size of the moon today on 10% more then usual.. so that I decided to make my first night time photo session at this night at Victory Park near the red lighted fountains, church of St. George and, of course, include the big moon in my picture... I was dissapointed after making more then 30 shots that I couldn't take good, sharp picture... probably because of I used auto focus mode? or took wrong exposition... I don't know... Who can give me good advise about it?????

Here is some details about this shot:
ISO speed 400
ExposureTime 0,625s
FNumber f/3,2
ExposureProgram: Shutter priority
DateTimeOriginal 2005-07-22 T01:06:02+03:00
MaxApertureValue f/2,9
MeteringMode Spot
LightSource Other
FocalLength 6,6 mm
Flash fired

I tryed to change exposition, modes.. but I have not got any good detailed shot.... all images have very much nose and blur.....

Looking forward to hearing from you!!!
