A very good shot Hlaing. Good colors and sharpness, a nice play with clouds and the russian casttle indeed.
I tryied a WS to clone out the date, I hope don´t mind.

Agree with Pamela.
Why to put the date and time.Your eye goes to the date and not the photo. you can record the date when you store photos on your pc.

Not red star.
Golden star.
Blue sky and cloud make the red and green bulding more beautiful.
Suggestion:
1.Clone out date and time.
2.It is needed to be more sharpened and cropped the left and right parts of the building to get more emphasized expression of object building.
However may be it goes with 2 points.
