A strong portrait: The ubiquitous Russian fur hat. The expressionless face. Eyes fixated on something unseen. It makes you really want to know what is he thinking.

great portrait! i don't think he is expression-less - on the contrary ... he looks a bit sad and melancholic to me - B&W was a very good choice.
