Photographer's Note

This temple was established in 643 AD (12th year of Queen Seondeok of Silla) at 850m above sea level at the southern foot of Sobaeksan Mountain.
The temple's name is HeeBangSa.喜方寺
To personally interpret the name of this temple,
I'd like to interpret it as a sign of joy to the surroundings.
It was rebuilt in 1850 by fire.
It was rebuilt in 1954 by fire again during the Korean War. There is Heebangsa Station on the central line about 3km away.
