Hoping you're not bored with shadows, probably of no great artistic merit.....

Bit of fun while I was out searching for photo ops in bustling Tashkent when a late afternoon winter sunshine threw some magical light casting ever changing shadows. Caught this guy walking leisurely who appeared to be playing with his phone for quite a while enabling me to take a few zoomed shots.

Have you noticed how hard it is to find people not using a phone when you are out on the streets?
and how shadows taking on a life of their own.

Strange how shadows turn out sometimes......

Setting: 300 mm, 1/2000 sec, F5.6, ISO Raw 200, 1533 hrs & Polarised

what I like about this one, is how the shadow of the man is looking MUCH older. The shadow looks like an old man hunched over with a cane :) simple street show but the shadows make all the different, what building is this? looks odd. cheers

Interesting scene from Tashkent. Well observed shadows. Nice light. Indeed, nowadays almost anyone is having a mobile in hand. I also look at the mobile visiting unknown place, as I have there gps.
