Hue Imperial City blooms, a photo from Thua Thien-Hue, North Central Coast

Photographer's Note

Just outside the Citadel of the Hue Imperial City, I noticed a girl having her pictures taken next to the lotus plants in the moat.

Of course I could not resist joining in the fun of picture taking. Especially of a cute girl amongst the beautiful lotus blooms.

this is one of those photos that are pure and true.
its an innocent and real life moment. I like that you left out the skyline and just focused on her and the lotus plants.
Positioning her on the 1/3 side left or right would have been preferable composition wise - that will always make for a more pleasing visual. thanks for this one.

Hello Sam,
An excellent portrait of this girl against this background of green plants and pink flowers. The fact that the girl has similar pink flowers on her dress as well is a great detail.
