Nice shot! I really like the play of light on the water, and the reflections of boatsman. Have you considered rotating it a little? 2.2°CW seems to improve it for me :-)

Nice shot. A little more space in front of the boat would have made a better composition I think.
As Adrian said, rotating to correct the horizon would improve a lot your picture.

I can feel the calm of the moment, thanks to your well balanced composition.
3 almost equal parts (green,white, blue), the blue one cutted also in equal parts from the boat, the lenght of the boat almost equal with the lenght of the troubled water.
Even of the rotation, of some technical posibilities - you succed well the give the feeling of the moment, to show me/us a nice place on the Earth.

I think you should crop green part. Siluette alone with lake or river is so so beautiful. Very good framing, superb reflections and shadows. Good light, and contrast.
