Photographer's Note

While we were at Juan Dolio Beach spending the New Year's holidays we had beautiful sunsets every evening, it was impossible for me not trying to get a photo of each of them, here is the sunset of the 30th of December last year, it sound so far away and only two moths are gone, for me this last two months have been quite busy in my work but there is always a part of my day (some times at 2 o'clock in the morning)when I will enter to TE and try to see the nice photos posted by all of you.

Spectacular sunset photo. Beautiful warm, golden and soft colours in the sky with a beautiful contrast to the dark clouds, that on some parts also are lit beautifully by the last rays of the setting sun. The calm sea enhances the peaceful mood. Thanks for sharing!

Comment rester insensible à ce coucher de soleil. Il semble réservé aux romantiques et aux amoureux. Voir ce disque d'or s'enfoncer doucement à l'horizon et ce ciel éclairer ces nuages merveilleux, c'est le moment de déclarer sa flamme à l'être aimé ! ;o)

I think that many of us would like to live in your place.
And you write something true about photographers' world: something pictures (ours and other's) help to live better. For example this is not a happy time for me, but looking at TE and working with my old pictures I can dream new trips and also live again my own - waiting in a better time.

Salut Emile!
C'est toujours un plasir d'admirer des couchers de soleil comme celui-ci. Je reconnais bien les couleurs des couchers de Juan Dolio, ce sont les mêmes à Sosua. Chez-nous les couleurs sont différentes, probablement dû à la température plus froide. J'aime bien Les nuages gris foncé qui contraste bien avec le orange. Le soleil est en plein dans le mille comme on dit chez-nous.

gran toma de esta puesta de sol, me gusta su fuerte cromatismo gracias a los tonos naranja en el horizonte y en la parte inferior de las nubes y a los tonos plateados en el mar. El efecto visual es grandioso, y llena de paz nuestros espíritus.
