Today 19/02/2020, a nice winter day with sun and clouds
I've with my bicycle made, a trip to my beloved forest.
Very slow and foresight to the cars!

DescriptionThe Drongengoedbos is the largest forest in the province of East Flanders. The forest is 750 hectares in size and is mainly located on the territory of Ursel.
The Drongengoedbos is protected in Europe as part of the Natura 2000 area 'Forests and heaths of Sandy Flanders: Eastern part'

Hello John,
It's a beautiful view of the white buildings with orange brick roofs, including the small separate building looking like a tower. The very calm water of the canal was like a perfect mirror to capture the reflections of the nicely shaped clouds. The photo is as always perfectly sharp and well exposed.

Hallo John,
Een mooi gezicht op dit landgoed. Het witte torentje valt met name op. Het licht was helder, de grote witte wolken maken een mooie achtergrond en de spiegelingen zijn ook heel aantrekkelijk. Mooi werk.

I'm sure you are ultra careful, when cycling and pay cars the greatest respect, with understandable caution!

This is another absolutely beautiful photograph, from its subject, from is exposure and from its composition. They all work together in harmony!
I just cannot believe what fine, bright weather you have had! I'm envious!

The canal is used effectively as a guide and to reveal the reflections of the sky, clouds and trees. I like how you have anchored the scene with the trees and how well it links to the dovecote, angled across the canal.
The light and the colours are delightful.

Dit lijkt me een prima tip om daar eens te gaan wandelen! Ik had nog nooit van dit dorp gehoord, John. Mooie foto met mooie weerspiegeling in het water. De afzonderlijke toren met zadeldak oogt ook erg interessant.
