Modest Lichen in a Frame, a photo from Varna, East

This time I tried something different..
Thank's to a friend, now I can put my pictures in frames. Thank you, Friend! :-)

I saw this lichen on an old tree bark, just beside the blue boat at the river bank of Kamchia, the one I posted a few days ago.
As it was a very cold winter day, my sight was attracted by the bright and warm colour of the lichen. Let's say I chose to put it in a frame, so I can keep its wormth and show it to you.. :-)

Post processing: just a bit of cropping and saturation, increasd contrast and sharpness.

Very nice effort, Maria! Great texture and contrast in this close-up, maybe a little less sharpness would also have been sufficient. Appropriately put inside a frame in matching colors; well done.

How are you? Nice capture. Since my addiction to digital photography I also find myself quite often looking at bark, lichen, etc. looking for a good shot. This lichen you captured has a very unusual, beautiful color to it. Very well captured. I love the frame with it. Good job.
