Photographer's Note

This is a photo taken in Rupite, a location in tha south-western part of Bulgaria near to Petrich and Sandanski. That is a thermal source. The water is nearly 70°C. It smells all over the sulfer.
By the way this place is supposed to be charged with a cosmic energy. There lived and died (in 1996) a famous clairvoyant in the Balkans called Vanga. It is precisely the place where whe get blind after one sand-storm at the age of 13. Since, she developped her talent... Now this valley, shelters, not far from that spring, a church built in her memory, her house, and her grave.
