Today we will focus on the railway tracks again. Specifically on the ŠKODA Plzeň siding, where the 740.306-6 locomotive could be seen during the open day on June 7, 2014. The locomotive was created by rebuilding the original 740 series locomotive. The reconstruction was carried out by CZ LOKO. The locomotives now have a Caterpillar engine, which has lower power but also lower consumption.

Dnes opět zamíříme na železniční koleje. Konkrétně na vlečku firmy ŠKODA Plzeň, kde při dni otevřených dveří 7.června 2014 bylo možné spatřit lokomotivu 740.306-6. Lokomotiva vznikla přestavbou původní lokomotivy řady 740. Přestavbu provedla firma CZ LOKO. Lokomotivy mají teď motor od firmy Caterpillar, který má nižší výkon, ale i nižší spotřebu.
