Vranov is town of only cca 800 inhabitants, situated on the banks of Dyje river, in South Moravia region, only 3 km from Austrian border (near Hardegg). Main reason for visiting Vranov is its castle, one of the most noteworthy Baroque buildings in central Europe, first mentioned in 1100.
