Photographer's Note

I went for a visit at Statens Museum for Kunst, the lagest danish art museum, the other day and now I have some new material for TE.
The museum building is from the 1890es, a large and rather ungainly victorian building, since modified in the interior several times.
The latest rebuilding in the 1990es included a large extension placed right behind the original building with the space in between the two buildings as a large indoor "street".
The original entrance hall was extended right through the old building into the indoor street creating a flow of space that I find quite attractive.
The photo show a view through the old museum building into the entance hall.

This is exactly the type of pictures I love. It'll be right away in my favorites. Your composition here is simply wonderful.And I also like to see this woman . Colors are warm, soft, beautiful. A very, very good image.

delicate combination of colors, lines and depth. imho, the person belongs and doesn´t belong to the image (complicated, isn´t it?) at the same time the human body is the touch of curves in a straight composition... on the other hand, the colors she wears match so well with the foreground.
indeed intriguing, as many of your shots.

A nice play with surfaces, a speciality of yours(?) Torben. The foreground and stair give good depth and the woman is very good for the picture, without it would not work at all. A very special picture. Well done!

I like soft tones of grayx and pink in your picture. This is interesting to see the woman on the left, alone, in the middle of all this lines and geometric shapes. I propose in my WS to crop tighter on the left to position offcenter the big gray colomn.
