Photographer's Note

In 1996 a modern addititon to the royal library in Copenhagen was inagurated. To bring the library closer to the public life, there are also more extroverted functions like a cafe named after an essay by the philoshopher Søren Kirkegaard with the title "øieblikket". A resturant in the building is called Søren K after the philosopher and with a nod to Kafka.
Here a couple of tourists are taking a break in the glass corner at "øieblikket" with a view to the harbour, now with office buildings for a major bank in the background.
