Photographer's Note

Paolo, called "Zephirin", is a true artist from a high circus school. Since some years, the artists can't find a true job. So, they work in the street, completely free.
Paolo gives his performant shows near Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg) almost every day. It's better than go to the circus !

Witaj Grażyno!

i dziś znowu skradłaś pierwszeństwo na tej stronie. Przyznam, że właśnie omiatałem wzrokiem miniaturki innych zdjęć, tak nimi bezbrzeżnie znudzony. I pomyślałem sobie, że jak inni, tylko mogę stąd uciec bo nauczyć się niczego tu nie umiem, wręcz odwrotnie, jakoś psuje swój gust, co niestety zauważam. A tu proszę. Znajduję Ciebie i świetną, przemyślaną, zabawną kompozycję wymagającą refleksu i tego szczególnego zmysłu, któr dobremu fotografowi mówi, kiedy nacisnąć migawkę. Co prawda nie wiem co Ty tu jeszcze robisz ale jesteś wielką ozdobą tego miejsca!

HI Grazyna,
The upwards arrow adds something to this. The merging from the lower scene, to the upper scene, like a decent in the etherial world, from reality into the bright heavenly light of the artists world. This clever and it has a symbolic metaphorical feel.

Bonjour Grazyna,

A superb shot. The image of the man himself seems flattened in this dof. The arrows, the sign, the suggested movement steal the picture.

Very different in execution from Delnaja's that I just commented on, yet with a similar theme. A two-pronged invasion of quality street shots. And just like in Delnaja's shot, I notice the powerful expression of the hand!

You get my thumbs-up & hat-off to you.

Fajne, ale zastanawiam się nad napisami, nie wiem, czy nie przeszkadzają i czy nie wolałbym bardziej ascetycznej wersji. Chyba zrobię WS. Albo i nie...

Your work is so graphical I thought it was a poster!
The arrow, the look and the hand are pointed in one direction and create motion of the shot.

My first impression was this looks kinda poster, Grazyna! It has a graphical look, a bit unusual, I guess it's the frame (bearing the writing and the arrow) behind the character giving this thought to me.

Il est tout à sa jonglerie et le fond surexposé disparait, sauf la mention avec la flèche vers le haut qui indique les boules (de neige, de Noël?) et accompagne son regard.
