Photographer's Note
The Eiffel Tower: there must be over 200 photos of it on TrekEarth alone so there’s no need for an introduction. As for my photo, I think this is a pretty original shot. It was taken on the first floor, looking towards the ‘pilier ouest’ (west pillar). Being a panorama the image you see is actually made up of 6 photographs that I stitched together on Adobe Photoshop. I had to balance the colours in parts but apart from that there is no post-processing. I’m not too happy with all of the stitching but I think the end result is satisfactory. Just too bad we’re limited to photos 800 pixels long.
