Photographer's Note
This is a shot of a part of the Opera in Paris. I like the gold statue on the top of the roofline. It reminded me of the Statue of Liberty.

In my opinion there are problems with the composition here.
The street lamp is much too prominent without being the main motive and it covers the interesting features of the facade in the middle ground.
The main elements (statue, lamp) are stacked vertical in the middle of the frame while the perspective distortion of the facade introduces a lot of diagonals and the two things don't really melt together as a composition.
I would move some steps to the right to get the street lamp less prominent in the lower left corner and the statue in the upper right corner, probably framed even tighter in a smaller triangle of sky, and then move around to place some good part of the facade on the diagonal between the lamp and the statue.
There are elements for a nice photo here but I think you need to do a little more "photographers dance" on the spot to get them lined up properly.

Hello Michelle
Statue of liberte at the opera... to tell you the truth I passed that building many times but never noticed! Anyway shooting upward is never easy at least from my own experience. I appreciate the link between the light in the hand of the statue and the street light below, one with the brighter sky in the background and one in the darker level.
Interesting combination

I think you should decenter the lamppost to the left of the picture and focus more on the statue. But it is easier said than done.
