Hello friends and colleagues, today I offer you a composition in the small France with the channel and the beautiful facades, in the beautiful city of Strasbourg, I hope you like it. Then some letters about the city.

Strasbourg (French: Strasbourg, in Alsatian: Strossburi, in German: Straßburg) is a city in France, capital and main city of Alsace and eastern France. Strasbourg is the capital of the Lower Rhine department. The urban area of Strasbourg reached a population of 1,175,393 in 2009, extending its influence to nearby towns in Germany and ranking 4th in the largest population centers in France. Due to its location, Strasbourg has been an important communication center, especially on the river, since ancient times, housing the second most important port on the River Rhine, which is the busiest river in the world. University city with more than 58 000 students, has numerous national schools, being the largest pole of third grade studies in the country. The commercial structure of Estraburgo is very important and its cultural range, very high with the presence of a national theater, library, orchestra and opera. The city is, with the capital of the country, the only one to have that level of cultural institutions. Strasbourg is the second banking center in France with a stock exchange and 8 bank branches. The industrial sector is especially active, with the Strasbourg region being the most dynamic in the country in terms of GDP per capita. Its historic center has been declared a Unesco World Heritage Site since 1988 and its tourist activity is very intense. It is the eighth city in the world list of congress organizing cities, behind Paris and ahead of Barcelona.

Hello Angel,
There are many modern buildings here, but they melt into the surroundings quite well. A nice case of careful modernization of a city that doesn't disturb the architectural harmony. It would be a pleasure to walk along these streets looking for photo opportunities. You balanced this photo well by placing the bridge and the view of the sky towards the side. The light and colours are very pleasant.

I just think that everyone should visit Strasbourg at least once in their lifetime; it is such a beautiful city!
You have captured some of these beautiful aspects in your photograph. the canal, the flowers, the amazing, half-timbered buildings!
You chose a good aspect, using the canal for colourful reflections and as a guide into the inner city.

I think that this tour boat is precisely designed to be able to sail through this narrow lock here.

this has to be one of the most photogenic cities in France, and yes i'm sure its touristy, but there's not much we can do about that. lovely reflections, but most of all I enjoy the buildings on the left with their repeating windows and the tower far off into the bg. cheers
