Hello Jean,
A beautiful day with winter at it's very best. It was a perfect day for a long ski tour. The photo is very well exposed, but it's a slight pity that the skier's body is almost lost against the dark background. The legs indicate there is someone there. ;-)

Un bel endroit pour faire du ski de fond. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails des arbres qui sont enneigés. Le reflet de la lumière sur la neige a un bel effet sur les couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.

Hello Jean,

What a beautiful scene!
It is so well composed so that the contrasts between the fluffy, snow-covered trees and the flat snow-pressed road are closely connected.The sun, peeping through the branches, is perfectly placed and a good focal point.

Magnifique avec le soleil qui brille en forme d'étoile à travers les arbres et avec le contraste entre les arbres à l'ombre et la partie scintillante de la piste de ski.
Je vois qu'une protection a été installée pour ne pas skier dans le gouffre.

Bonjour Jean,
I suppose the only way to enter such a trail is while skiing so you must have been skiing there. I wonder< I always hestitated to take a lager camera skiing I was afraid the it can easily get damaged during an accidental fall. Maybe it is because I was falling a lot ha ha
Beautiful winter composition here. Very well placed sun. The snow decorated trees looks so pretty and the blue sky makes a differene with the direct sunshine emphasizing the details of the snow texture.
