First succesful attempt at panning. Not sure on how I should saturate this photo or if it should be cropped at all but I like it. Let me know what you all think.

Your panning technique has worked well here. The background is nicely blurred and this helps to convey the sense of movement. However I feel the posts dominate in the foreground and are a bit of a distraction. If you had changed your position to avoid these I think it would have benefited the overall result.
